Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FiWi Community platform operated by Market Gap Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
FiWi Community provides community management software including visitor management, accounting, communication tools, and security gate operations for homeowner associations and gated communities.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system resources
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Upload malicious content or software
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected by your community's management. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Intellectual Property
The FiWi Community platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Market Gap Technologies. Your community data remains your property.
Limitation of Liability
Market Gap Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your community in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
