Our Mission

At Market Gap Technologies, we believe that managing a community shouldn't require spreadsheets, paper logbooks, and constant phone calls. We built FiWi Community to bring modern technology to homeowner associations and gated communities — making management simpler, more transparent, and more effective.

FiWi Community was born in Jamaica, where "fi wi" means "for us" in Jamaican Patois. It reflects our philosophy: technology built for the community, by people who understand the unique challenges of community management in our region.

Today, we serve communities across Jamaica and are expanding to help gated communities and HOAs throughout the Caribbean and beyond.
