How do I reset my password?
Open the FiWi Community app, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for the FiWi Community app in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > FiWi Community. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > FiWi Community > Notifications. If notifications are already enabled, try logging out and back in.
How do I update my profile or account info?
Open the FiWi Community app and tap on your profile icon. From there you can update your name, phone number, and notification preferences. To change your email address, please contact your community management or submit a support request below.
The app is crashing or not loading — what should I do?
First, make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. If none of these steps work, submit a support request below with your device model and OS version.
How do I contact my community's management?
Open the FiWi Community app and navigate to the Announcements or Community section. Your management team's contact information is listed there. You can also submit a service request directly through the app, which will be routed to the appropriate person.
